Our powerful Influencer Outreach program – targeted at bloggers and social influencers – exists to establish a strong community of advocates who will become engaged and passionate promoters of our brands. Influencers are the new generation of opinion formers who can pass on our essential Carlson Rezidor messages and stories. Their opinion is trusted – and acted on – by an engaged online audience. We now have a high volume of requests from influencers looking to enjoy a complimentary stay with Carlson Rezidor and provide us with resulting social media coverage.

These relationships have proved meaningful and produced some great results from influencers who are now strong advocates of Carlson Rezidor hotels and resorts. So we’re now taking our influencer relations to a higher, even more professional level by updating our vetting process with the support of an external agency. This will ensure that we only work with respected influencers who will add genuine value to our business. We are also introducing a proactive strategy, where we identify and reach out to specific influencers who are relevant to our properties and wider business objectives. Our imperative is to ensure every influencer has a top-class, Every Moment Matters experience at our hotels.
