As General Manager of NH Collection Milano President, I submit my candidacy for the Best Hotelier Worldwide Hospitality Awards 2015.
During my professional career, I had the fortune to rise from the ranks.
My team looks at me as an example, as member of the staff, and I feel the same.I am really proud to be the General manager of the first NH Collection Hotel in Italy, a four stars hotel located in the historic centre of Milan.
My working experience started in 1997 as waiter in Jolly Hotel Milano 2. Even if this experience lasted only one year it helped me to better understand the employees’ needs.
In 1999 I started my experience as Event manager in Jolly Hotel chain and in 2001 I became the Food and Beverage Manager in the hotels located in Rome.
I had the great pleasure to start my career as General Manager in 2005. The experience gained during the past years has enhanced my professional and personal skills and abilities.
My management style is based on NH Hotel Group Philosophy.
Our goal is to offer a unique and extraordinary experience and smiling is the key factor to successfully reach the objective.
