IHG - Advertisement Operations Manager - Denham UK

InterContinental Hotels Group is a global organisation with a broad portfolio of nine hotel brands, including InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo®, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn® Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Express®, Staybridge Suites®, Candlewood Suites®, EVEN™ Hotels and HUALUXE™ Hotels & Resorts.

• Manage final campaign strategy/setup and campaign launch
• Provide constant optimisation and analysis and reports to internal digital team
• Ensure full delivery of advertising campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and delivery case studies and best practice examples
• Provide 2nd level technical support, troubleshoot,  respond to general queries and reported problems in region and to global stakeholders
• Manage the day to day trafficking, pacing and optimization of IHG programmatic ad campaigns
• To provide quality assurance (QA) to any trafficked ad campaigns. And to any daily data uploads and any data output
• Monitor campaigns data for any data anomalies, spikes or drops (for example ad impressions, clicks, spend).

• Demonstrable online advertising experience – DSP/RTB/DMP network or Exchange experience vital
• Ability to prioritise and focus, with a high level of attention to detail
• Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Use creative thinking to help meet campaign objectives
• Bright, charismatic, inspirational with the ability to win credibility internally
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to vendors, senior management and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with marketing teams, regional teams, franchisees and hotel owners.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite & web browsers
• Basic online programming and ad-server knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Digital Marketing or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in the online marketing /ad serving industry
