Value Hotels Worldwide has announced the second of its upscale hotels in South Korea. The property is located in the city of Suwon, 22 miles south of Seoul. It is located just steps from Samsung's headquarters, with many other corporations located in this industrial city. The Value Hotels Suwon will meet a high demand for business travel accommodations.The hotel will offer 300 rooms, occupying 20 floors with underground parking, shopping, offices, restaurants, and lounges. Amenities include a spa, fitness center, meetings space, and events space. The establishment is to open in December of this year.
