Mr. Cottan joined the Group in 1993.
His portfolio includes the Middle East, India, Indian Ocean, Europe and Canada. He has more than 30 years of hospitality experience. During the tenure with the Group, Mr. Cottan has managed major Shangri-La hotels in gateway cities like Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Bangkok and Singapore. He has also provided strategic counsel for the success of Shangri-La hotels in Vancouver, Tokyo, Sydney, Cairns and Fiji.
