Shearer Property Group has selected The Hill Group as its development/funding partner for its mixed-use regeneration scheme which will truly transform Coventry City Centre.
The €535 million landmark, called City Centre South aims to transform Coventry City Centre into a mixed-use destination. It will include an extensive selection of retail, hospitality, leisure, and healthcare facilities to support the local community.
City Centre South was designed to attract people back into the city to live, work and play, including graduate students from Coventry and Warwick Universities. In order to do that it will offer a wide range of homes comprising studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments available to buy or rent.
Award-winning architects Allies & Morrison have been appointed by Shearer Property Group to provide inspirational architecture and landscaping which reimagines this part of the City. Nevertheless, the architecture must respect and enhance the existing heritage of the city and Grade II listed buildings.
All properties will incorporate the latest energy-efficient and sustainable technology in order to aid health and wellbeing, and the landmark will also include a combination of communal gardens and private balconies.
