Even in pushing the walls, it has been difficult to accomodate all the participants present in the Grand Salon Opera of the InterContinental Paris to attend the XIth ceremony of the Hospitality Awards. More than the essential gathering of the leaders of the worldwide hotel industry, the ceremony, presided over by Hubert Joly, president of the Carlson Group, has hosted the first public appearance of the new French minister in charge of Tourism, Frédéric Lefebvre. After warmly welcoming all the guests, the founder of the Hospitaltiy Awards, Georges Panayotis, has introduced Vanguelis Panayotis to present the 2010 innovation: special awards presented to the hotel management schools.
