Campaign - Evolution Steigenberger

Steigenberger has developed an innovative, inter-departmental and cross-channel marketing strategy to share its 2019 brand evolution with staff, partners and guests.

In early 2019 Steigenberger introduced its evolved brand to the world. Building on our rich history and stellar reputation, the new brand identity represented an expert reimagining of yesterday’s traditions, perceived through a modern lens.

In the months before and after the launch of the evolved brand we faced a key challenge: how to share the new Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts with our staff, guests and partners. The pages that follow outline how we met that challenge, how we evolved our communications strategy across every channel with targeted, personalized communications tailored to specific target groups.

In an initiative that spans departments, traditional and digital communications channels and a state-of-the-art customer management system, the new Steigenberger is finding innovative ways to deliver the right message to the right people.

Since the months leading up to its March 2019 announcement at ITB Berlin, Steigenberger has been sharing its reimagined brand first with staff, then with the world at large. Here are some of the key ways it is spreading the message:
