Stay KooooK creates functional private retreats and supports the social exchange within the community and beyond. The elaborate interior design creates living and breathing spaces which adapt flexibly to our guests‘ lifestyle, to make them feel at home, even abroad. Stay KooooK offers fully equipped studios with all modern amenities on just on a little more than 20 sqm – from the self-catering kitchenette to the spacious bathroom, washer and dryer up to the workspace and entertainment fitments. A smart, modular wall element makes it easy to adapt the Studio to the respective situational needs. Right after breakfast, an elegant push makes the kitchen disappear to give way for a generous space to live, work or relax. It’s the details that make it special and that’s where we let the guests decide. From the coffee machine to the picture frames, there are lots of options to make the place your own.

Our social area – the so-called backyard – has a handy communal kitchen. Here’s the place to cook together or simply hang out. Why not relax with a game of pool, with a book in front of the fireplace or an inspiring chat? With a flick of the wrist the backyard turns into a workshop area, a yoga studio, or a small stage.

Stay KooooK redefines hospitality. In each Stay KooooK the host acts as a go-to person, with an open ear for worries and wishes and a fine sense of individual peculiarities. They know all the world and his wife, and are happy to share their intel about extraordinary experiences happening in the vicinity. Stay KooooK minimizes operative efforts to give the hosts time for the individual and personal contact with our guests. Booking, as well as checking in and out, is fully automatized. Administrative procedures as well as accounting, marketing, and revenue management are centralized by SV Hotel.

The first Stay KooooK branches will launch in Bern‘s WankdorfCity (in 2020) and in Nürnberg (2021).
