Worth highlighting is also their environmental commitment, which has garnered them international certifications such as the Green Key for nhow Rotterdam or the ISO 14.001 and 50.001 for the both nhow Berlin and nhow Milano.
nhow currently has four properties:
nhow Berlin: Europe’s first music hotel, is located on the bank of the Spree and at the epicentre of Berlin’s music, fashion and artistic scene. The entire interior of the nhow Berlin was designed by New York’s Karim Rashid. His visionary designs, and their implementation by star architect Sergei Tchoban, form a perfect symbiosis. A work of art in its own right, the nhow Berlin is a modern architectural and design highlight of the capital. It is where cosmopolitan business travellers mix with international jet-setters and the members of popular bands. What all these groups share is a love of music.
nhow Milano: Cornerstone of art, design and fashion, nhow Milano is located within the Milanese creativity district. The hotel was designed by architect Daniele Beretta and furnished by interior designer Matteo Thun. Built on the premises of the old General Electric Factory, the venue, once restructured and reconverted, has turned into a multifunctional location that hosts design items and artworks that are meant to be uncovered, but above all to be lived.
nhow Rotterdam: nhow is the meeting place for forward thinkers. It’s open for anyone that wants to meet, sleep, eat and get inspired in the first and only hotel by renowned architect OMA/Rem Koolhaas. The city of Rotterdam is set apart by its fierce commitment to moving forward, to new ideas and fresh perspectives. It is constantly changing and redefining what is ‘now’. This is reflected by its inhabitants, its art, its creative industry and its architecture.
nhow Marseille: opened in August 2018, the nhow Marseille, is the expression of the clash between two contrasting universes: the Provence, with its light and its nature which inspire joy and symbolize vacations, and the city of Marseille with the shadow of its disorder, its disobedience and its pride. The nhow Marseille is in no way a mixture of these very different universes, but it expresses their authenticity alternately, to recreate their strong sensations, and backed by the original visual identity of the nhow brand.
Seven new nhow openings are planned for the next two years, all of them located in lifestyle key capital cities: London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Santiago de Chile, Rome, Frankfurt, Lima.
