Motel One is currently represented in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands and UK with 53 hotels, more than 14.000 rooms and around 2.000 employees. There are more hotels under construction in Basel, Zurich, Barcelona, Warsaw and Berlin.
Motel One is a trendsetting hotel concept in the booming budget segment.
The trendy non-smoking hotels are impressive with their smart designs, high-quality fittings and central locations at attractive prices. Prices for overnight stays start at 59 Euros.
The target group, apart from business guests includes recreational travellers and city tourists.
Motel One wishes to quickly expand throughout Europe with this highly-interesting product. The location strategy for Motel One is also concentrating on the European metropoles as well as the inner city locations in major German cities.
The aim is to consistently further expand the quality leadership in the low budget segment.
Good capitalisation and many years of expertise in this industry make Motel One a reliable and professional partner for the development of new projects. Moreover, the success of its low-budget design format has met with increasing interest among investors.
At the moment the Motel One Group has 20 hotels with about 3,300 rooms in its property portfolio, while another 30 hotels are run under long-term leases.
For its further development Motel One is seeking to build new properties and convert existing ones while considering both purchases and leases.
