Rojo is a live culinary entertainment experience concept, serving a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine, located directly on the Mediterranean Sea and launched in 2019.
Overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, Rojo offers amazing sunsets of Beirut’s skyline and mouthwatering experiences for all senses.
Launched in August 2019, Rojo is the latest addition to Beirut’s famous culinary scene. The team of talented chefs led by Lebanese Executive Chef Georges Mansour expertly prepare succulent appetizers, mains, and desserts inspired by the best of the Mediterranean cuisine.
Rojo’s uniqueness is manifested through its open kitchen concept and Josper oven, along with the dry-aged meat vitrine and fresh Canadian lobster aquarium displayed in the corner of the restaurant. These elements, paired with the flamboyant atmosphere and the Mediterranean Sea view, make Rojo the ideal destination for business lunches, romantic dinners, and special occasions.
