Night in high standing independent hotels in France for a year-round single price (89€), including additional national and local services with high added value.
In order to allow hotels to give more value to their unsold nights and increase the occupancy rate of independent high standing hotels, we decided to create as a Guest – More than a room. A brand new hotel experience. An offer already gathering more than 115 hotels.

A night for two persons at a SINGLE price (89€) in a rigorous selection of high standing independent hotels, all across France, including additional national and local services with high added value, all year round.
…More than a night, each stay includes:
Guaranteed national services:
• A concierge service (24/7)
• A cancellation insurance with assistance (medical care/repatriation)
• A luggage service until 6PM the next morning
• A touristic and events-related magazine by destination to help the customers prepare their stay (short-term)
+ a choice between 3 advantages:
• TASTY: One meal offered in one of the 2300 partner restaurants in France for one meal bought (available for the next twelve months)
• COCOONING: A free digital kiosk with more than 100 000 books (magazines and eBooks) freely accessible for 7 days;
• ECO-FRIENDLY: Access to a wide selection of car parks in France for a highly reduced price and access to special rate car rentals.
+ 1 solidarity-based action:
Each advantage triggers a donation to a foundation or an organization known for its public interest (connected to the type of advantage selected by the client).
Example: by choosing the eco-friendly night, you allow as a Guest to plant a tree.

allowed by our concierges before and during the experience. They are able to shape our clients’ stay as precisely as possible according to their demands;
a choice between three stay experiences (tasty, cocooning, eco-friendly);
a way to salve people’s conscience by raising awareness on a various issues. It’s a way to participate to training, raising environmental awareness and developing the cultural offer in order to sustain the quality of life and services in France.

16 300 hotels located in France. 80% of them are independent and represent 54% of the accommodation capacity. 209 millions of hotel nights sold in 2017. The average occupancy rate of the independent hotel industry only reached 56,4% in 2017, meaning 28 millions of unsold nights in the high standing independent hotels industry.
A marketing service dedicated to the independent hoteliers
•An accessible offer for hotels, a remuneration according to the results as a Guest®:
- A charge free membership, respecting a rigorous quality charter;
- Commission on the night sale (variating according the hotel classification, its geographic location, and the offered local services that are included;
- Sales and receipts of as a Guest® nights is done through our website and our app (PWA);
- A multi-peril insurance option;
- A no-showing policy when it comes to price-comparators in order to avoid cannibalizing the direct hotel’s offers.

- Local services: negotiated with the partner hotel and offered by it.
- National services: carried out by as a Guest®, included in the price of the night.
