For the past 45 years, CMH-International Hospitality Management School – has trained a new generation of professionals with operational and managerial core and soft skills in International Hospitality Management who have passion and are able to anticipate the new environment of International Hospitality
THE FUTURIST
Our program is designed to teach creative methods and tools for future hoteliers to anticipate different scenarios on environment possible trends in the industry, impacts on the strategy of the International Hospitality Groups in order to determine action plans for the future.
In 10 weeks, a group of students, coached by futurist teachers, hospitality and creativity professionals, set up the scenarios and action plans to anticipate hospitality sector by 2025.
4 sessions of Strategic Prospective and Creativity Workshops in the partner hotel allow students to appropriate the method of strategic foresight workshops and to produce immediate results. As future managers, students learn train themselves the effective futures-thinking techniques by using the Millennium Project Methods and Tools.
Students participate to the Global Futures Intelligence System (GFIS) and have access to the 15 Challenge of the Millennium Project resources. They can interact with the elements of the system, make suggestions, initiate discussions with experts around the world, and search through a wealth of futures research.
This program prepares and trains students to accumulate wisdom about the future for better decisions today in hospitality management. It allows to identify threats and opportunities of Hospitality sector by 2025, to build a global collective intelligence system of it, to invent story telling of innovative representations of Hospitality sector and design Business Model Canvas of Hospitality sector by 2025.
Skype meetings are organized with the nodes of Millennium Project solicitate to give their vision on International Hospitality Management.
Learning these methods facilitates the development of an anticipatory vision of the International Hospitality industry and prepares students for future changes in the sector.
A certification is delivered at the end of the program and can be shared by participants on their professional media profile, helping recruiters identify International Hospitality by 2025.
