B&B Hôtels took up a challenge : the successful adaptation of its “econochic”Ⓡ concept by opening its new flagship, the B&B Hotel @DisneylandⓇ Paris
B&B Hotels took up a daring challenge:
The successful adaptation of the biggest B&B hotel, located right next to the leisure parc Disneyland Paris.
At first, the idea could seem contradictory to the successful concept that B&B follows for 25 years (which is the development of economic hotel on the French market).
The opening of a hotel with great capacity, for international clients including many features for families
The key to our success ? A close collaboration with our partners to adapt the Econochic concept to this new business.
The success has been achieved. Even during a difficult times, B&B has met his challenge:
Almost one year after the hotel opening, B&B Hotel @DisneylandⓇ Paris offers already great performances. After being opened only 8 months ago:
- The occupancy rate is over 90% in August 2016
- the turnover of 2016 exceeds 5.2mio €,
