B&B Hotels focused on its real-life hotel managers to create a human communications campaign! A bold and successful campaign.
B&B Hotels has over 250 hotels across France which all share the same aim: offering all our clients excellent value for money, whether they’re travelling on business, with friends or with family.
But our hotels offer much more than a great product and a low price: our hotels have real heart and soul, thanks to our hotel managers. They’re the ones who give everything they’ve got, every day, to make their clients’ stays uniquely enjoyable. It’s their involvement on a daily basis which helps to create customer loyalty every day.
So we wanted to pay tribute to them and to their incredible skills, giving them the recognition they deserve: our hotel managers are at the heart of our hotels and they deserve to be at the heart of our 2017 communications campaign.
After a call for applications, more than 60 hotel managers applied to tell us a bit more about their lives and what they love doing.
Bravely and good-humouredly, they gave everything they had in front of the photographers and cameramen to create a more human image of the brand.
B&B Hotels talks real life with its clients - for real!
The results are clear to see: a bold campaign which talks about the real lives of real hotel managers.
The press campaign - alongside a digital campaign - provided B&B with tangible results in terms of increased revenue vs N-1.
During the summer, the campaign was adapted for radio, chosen as the most suitable media to reach clients on their way to their holiday destination. Another success.
