No more barrier between the guests and the hotel team … we take away the reception desk and thus avoid the uninviting feeling of going to a "check point". When coming into the lobby now, guests and locals feel like "coming home" in a vibrant space. Thanks to the seamless approach, allowed by the new PMS, Fols Mobile, the guests feel welcome and the teams are really there, totally focused on the guests. As the check-in process is more fluent and paperless, the teams can spend more time discussing with the guests, finding their preferences and creating a caring moment.
