Plateno strengthens its presence in Thailand

The Chinese group announced the forthcoming opening of the hotel Portofino Chiang Mai Business Park, scheduled for March 2016. The 120-room and suite property is located near the new conference center in the northern city twenty minutes away from its airport. It is the group's second hotel at the destination, after the 7 Days Inn Chiang Mai hotel. Plateno thus confirms its ambitions in the country after signing a franchise contract with Aspira Hospitality in order to develop several 7 Days properties in Thailand.

The Hotel Indigo Aldgate to open in 2017.
IHG confirmed the signature to develop a 207-room property in the British capital: the hotel will be located at Aldgate Place, near The City and Liverpool Street. The brand currently has 19 properties in Europe, nine of which are in the United Kingdom alone. In addition to the Indigo Aldgate Hotel, eight other Indigo properties are scheduled in the country.

This 317-room hotel is located in the business neighborhood of Seoul, and includes two restaurants and a covered market. It also has a swimming pool, a gym, a spa and a sauna of traditional Korean inspiration, the property encourages relaxation and wellbeing.

In Alabama, The Admiral Hotel joins the Curio Brand - A Collection by Hilton.
Recently renovated, Mobile's historic boutique hotel, open since 1940, has joined the new brand of the Hilton group. The property has 156 rooms and five suites in the center of this city located in the Alabama gulf. It includes two restaurants and a conference center.

A new Holiday Inn hotel in Warsaw.
The 254-room property should be delivered in 2018, after the acquisition of the development project by Union Investment. The hotel will be located near the Palace of Culture and the central station in the Polish capital.
