Virgin Group’s new brand Virgin Hotels has appointed David Kuperberg as its senior VP of development.

Before joining the Virgin Hotels team, Kuperberg was Vice President of Development for Wyndham Hotel Group. Kuperberg was responsible for both international and domestic development, including identifying, valuing and negotiating the acquisition of the TRYP brand from Sol Meliá.Kuperberg was also in charge of managing the team responsible for the strategy, valuation and negotiations to franchise the Planet Hollywood Hotels brand. He also provided management services and structuring and negotiating Wyndham's alliance with Chatwal Hotels & Resorts for the exclusive development rights of the Dream and Night boutique brands.Kuperberg was also in charge of managing the team responsible for the strategy, valuation and negotiations to franchise the Planet Hollywood Hotels brand.
