Summary _ Philippe Montaubin, a veteran hotelier started his career at the age of 15. After completing his hotel school in France, he came up through the ranks of the Food & Beverage world before going into the Executive management of hospitality. From off-shore catering to city hotels, from resorts to airport hotels, from budget to luxury hotels, at one time or another Philippe has experienced it. _ ln the process of growing up in our industry he worked around the world from Europe to Asia, America to the Middle East, and the lndian Ocean as well. _ As an Ambassador of the profession who actively participated in educating local talents, around the world sharing his knowledge, Philippe was interviewed numerous times on various topiès related to the hospitality.
