Novotel Melbourne on Collins boasts 380 guest rooms including 65 brand new ‘Premier Rooms’, Michel’s Bar & Restaurant, refurbished and expanded Conference Facilities and is one of the most centrally located Hotel’s in the heart of Melbourne.The role of Carpark Manager is responsible for: -*Responsible for the day to day operations of the Carpark -*The position will liaise closely with other department heads in the Hotel where required -*The role is primarily responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service at all times -*Welcome and farewell customers -*Ensure the effective management of the Car Park operations -*Monitor the adherence to all compliance matters -*Plan and deliver on maintenance and repairs to the property -*Maintain the existing business revenue streams -*Develop new revenue streams for the car park -*Create a strategy to market the product effectively & implement the agreed strategy -*Collaborate effectively with the Finance to ensure the management of daily cash transactions -*Deliver reports to the management team as required -*Develop and deliver budgets for the car park -*Proactively recommend effective cost reduction measures -*Track all outgoings to ensure adherence to budgets -*Recruit, train and retain effective Car Park staff as required
