Summary _ I am presently the General Manager of the Novotel Buenos Aires, one that I opened as the first Novotel in Argentina, and the first one in the chain to develop the Novotel Next concept._ To manage my team, I consider myself more as a leader and a coach than a superior and I am very close to my associates. I encourage self responsibility in every working position, insisting on the fact that a job well done by everyone is essential to accomplish the perfect guest satisfaction all along his stay. I ensure that the information and the communication are permanent about the vision for the hotel, its objectives and its performances, in every department. Quality and details are a permanent concern and my responsibility is that each associate can benefit from the right tools to perform correctly, in a positive working climate, with trust and transparency. I follow the ambition of everyone, their wishes for training and evolution of their job. I am very proud of what we achieved so far for the opening of the Novotel Buenos Aires. Since that opening in 2009, the hotel has managed to be very well positioned on the hotel market of the city. We have reached and maintained very good results, both in economic terms and quality appreciations. For this we have won several awards along with the satisfaction and the loyalty of our clients._ The opening a new hotel is an incredible experience, mobilizing an impressive amount of energy. The building of a team, the correct positioning of the hotel on the market, the creation of the catering concepts and the excellent sales performances, the implementation of all the processes, the transmission of knowledge to all the staff members, the concern for every single detail…. constitute a unique experience in a lifetime and an enormous satisfaction. I feel privileged to get a job in which I feel as much passionate as when I started, 20 years ago. I still improve my skills and my job allows me to meet a great number of people from different cultures._ After several positions as hotel manager, I feel that my style, my daily concern for quality and for guest satisfaction as well as the care I take for my associates are the key factors which lead to good results.
