Mama Shelter turns the page on the pandemic and announces the opening of 19 new properties by 2025, in France and internationally.
After two years plagued by temporary establishment closures, the Mama Shelter group is resuming its development with a new schedule for the opening of its future hotels.
The next opening of the lifestyle brand will be the Mama Lisboa, on January 12, 2022. The hotel, located on Rua do Vale de Pereiro, in Lisbon city centre, between the chic Príncipe Real district and the Marquis de Pombal Square, will include 130 rooms, a restaurant and a rooftop.
The opening of Mama Paris La Défense is scheduled for March 1, 2022, making it the third establishment in the Paris region. The hotel will offer 211 rooms, two restaurants, including a space-themed dinner, a business centre including seven meeting rooms and a commercial gallery on the ground floor. The hotel will benefit from an excellent location at 10 rue Jean Jaurès, in Puteaux, in the heart of the Bellini district and near the Esplanade de la Défense station served by line 1 of the Paris metro.
The next opening is scheduled in Dubai for the end of 2022. Mama Dubai will have 197 rooms and 192 apartments, several restaurants, a terrace with 4 swimming pools and an outdoor cinema.
4 other establishments are scheduled for 2023. From January, the Mama Bucarest will offer 123 rooms in the French Quarter. The opening of Mama Rennes is also scheduled for the beginning of the year, in Rennes’ city centre, with 119 rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop and a spa with swimming pool. Mama Dijon will open in the spring and will have 124 rooms over 5 floors, a restaurant and an outdoor cinema. Finally, at the end of the year, Mama Sao Paulo will have 123 rooms and will be the group's second Brazilian establishment.
