Foncière des Régions and B&B Hotels have consolidated their relationship by signing a partnership contract to finance the development of nine new hotels in Germany. This is a supply of 900 rooms for an investment of nearly 50 million euros.Located at the centers of major German cities, the hotels in question will be developed over the next three years, for staggered openings between 2014 and 2016. They will be subject to 20-year leases with a fixed triple net rent.B&B already has a portfolio of 31 hotels in Germany and will continue its development in the destination.
