Several appointments have taken place at ADP while Air France resolves its wage disputes
Augustin de Romanet announced multiple appointments within the ADP Group. Aude Ferrand is now retail director, Mélanie Carron is taking over marketing management, Guillaume Arrigoni now heads the aviation marketing department and Eric Labrune has been appointed customer satisfaction and operations director.
The majority of the airline's unions signed an agreement on October 19 to increase wages by 2% for 2018 and 2019, ending the conflict that has led to strikes. At the same time, Air France is launching a new FlexFly platform that should make it possible to resell unused tickets to other individuals.
