While AccorHotels had offered to buy the State's shares in Air France-KLM, new developments could give the hotel group back the lead on the matter.

This choice is also contested by several representatives of Air France and KLM pilots who co-signed a letter to the non-executive president, Anne-Marie Couderc.

The AccorHotels project, ideal candidate?

Could the partners China Airlines and Delta Airlines consider AccorHotels the ideal candidate?

As for the representatives of the pilots of Air France and KLM who want a director independent of the public authorities, would they not find satisfaction in seeing the CEO of the largest French hotel group take over?

This is Sébastien Bazin's commitment, and he hopes to find other French and European investors to join the round table and gain access to Air France-KLM's State shares.

While AccorHotels has made its bid to buy the State's shares in Air France-KLM, new changes could give the hotel group back its edge in the dossier.
