Xavier Niel invests in Paris's hotel industry

Villa Mazarin

The founder of Free has partnered once again with the Pariente brothers. This time to buy the Villa Mazarin, a four-star, 29-room property in the Marais.

After the Apogée in Courchevel, Xavier Niel, founder of Free, together with the Pariente brothers, former owners of the brand  Naf-Naf, are working together on a hotel adventure. According to Figaro, the three associates now own a Parisian hotel for 25 million euros. The Villa Mazarin, is a four-star hotel with 29 rooms, located on rue des Archives in the Marais.

This time the three parteners acquired only the building, while they own the building and the business of the Apogée in Courchevel. This hotel, which is managed by Oetker Collection, opened its doors in 2013 with 20 bedrooms and 33 suites. It also includes a private chalet for guests seeking more privacy. The interior decoration is signed by India Mahdavi and Joseph Dirand.
