The investment fund announced the takeover of the walls of the Dutch capital’s four-star hotel for an undisclosed sum

The Radisson Blu Amsterdam is joining the asset portfolio of Union Investment. The investment fund announced the acquisition of the 252-room, four-star hotel property. The amount of the transaction has yet to be revealed.

Consisting of a seven-floor building connected to another six-floor building by an underground passageway, the hotel is operated for the brand Radisson Blu by the Carlson Rezidor group, under a 22-year lease.

The portfolio of Union Investment currently includes 38 properties and projects representing a total of 2.1 billion euros.
