The British investment firm Redefine International announced the takeover of the property in Lumina Park in Enfield in North London.

Redefine International, a British investment firm, acquired the hotel Travelodge London Enfield for 10 million pounds sterling, or close to 12 million euros.

Built in 2012, the property is in Lumina Park in Enfield in North London, and has 132 rooms for 3,620 square meters. The hotel is operated by the British group Travelodge through a 33-year lease. The property has a retail unit on the ground floor.

The acquisition of the Travelodge London Enfield reinforces Redefine International's asset portfolio, evaluated at more than 1 billion pounds sterling. The firm's portfolio includes retail, office, industrial and hotel sectors across the UK, Europe (Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, the Channel Islands) and Australia.
