Bought from LFPI, the properties are located in different French regions and are primarily operated under brands of Louvre Hotels Group.

Previously called Viveris Reim, the third-party hotel portfolio management company Swiss Life Reim announced the acquisition of a 26 hotel portfolio from LFPI, for one of its investment funds in the form of a club deal.

The properties concerned are all located in France, in the regions in the North, Center, and Southeast as well as the Paris region, in average- to large-sized urban areas near motorways. Positioned on the Budget and Economy segments, they are operated under different Louvre Hotels Group brands such as Campanile, Première Classe and Kyriad.

Operations of these hotels will be provided by a specially created structure, LFPI Hôtels Gestion. A plan for renovations to integrate the brands' most recent standards has been implemented and concerns 15 of the 26 hotels.
