Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville, two former football players, will open a second property in Manchester after the Hotel Football.
The two men received authorization to transformer the former Norfolk Street Stock Exchange into a property positioned on the boutique hotel segment. It will have 35 rooms, a fitness center, a spa, a bar, a restaurant and a rooftop terrace overlooking the historic center of the city. AEW Architects, who are responsible for the Hotel Football project, will also rebnovate the building. The opening date has not yet been announced.
