Minor Hotels announces its will to expand its close partnership with Corbin & King throughout the UK and internationally.
The hotel owner, operator and investor Minor Hotels took a significant stake in the UK with restaurant and hospitality operator Corbin & King. Dillip Rajakarier, CEO Minor Hotels, said that Minor Hotels teams were “thrilled to be entering the UK market”.
Operating in 24 countries throughout the globe with 157 hotels and resorts, Minor Hotels decided to grow a portfolio that is currently composed of restaurants The Wolseley, The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel and the Beaumont Hotel.
The new investment replaces a previous shareholding by Graphite Capital. Jeremy King and Chris Corbin, Corbin & King co-founders will continue to be shareholders and Jeremy will remain the CEO.
