Orchard Street Investment Management finalized the acquisition of Manchester Arena Travelodge from the BP pension fund on behalf of St James Place Property Unit Trust.

Orchard Street Investment Management announced it completed the takeover of the Manchester Arena Travelodge hotel, Manchester Arena Travelodge from the BP pension fund on behalf of St James Place Property Unit Trust. The amount of the transaction was 14.2 million GBP, close to 17.3 million euros.

Located in the center of Manchester, near the Phones 4U Arena, the hotel was developed by Worthington Properties in 2010 and has 200 rooms. It is currently operated under the Travelodge, brand which has a 35-year lease.
