Internos finalized the acquisition of two hotels in Germany

The investment fund signed for the takeover of the Maritim Hotel Dresden and Mercure City in Berlin. The total amount of the two transactions is about 75 million euros.

The British brand Internos Global Investors announced the finalization of the acquisition of the Maritim Hotel Dresden and the Mercure City Berlin, from Axa Investment Managers and ActivumSG respectively. The total amount of the two transactions is for 75 million euros.

The properties are operated by the groups Maritim Hotels and Accor through long-term leases. The Maritim Hotel Dresden has 328 rooms and an international convention center, with 30 meeting rooms for a capacity of 6,800. Located at the heart of the German capital, Mercure City Berlin will have 245 rooms and six conference rooms.
