Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Center

Manchester Property Holdings Limited (MPHL) sold the property to Singapore-based property investment company Heeton Holdings.

Heeton Holdings Limited, a Singapore-based investment firm acquired the Holiday Inn Express City Center Manchester for a total £17.3m: the sellers are Manchester Property Holdings Limited. Located on Oxford Road in downtown Manchester, the property has 147 rooms, and offers multiple meeting rooms as well as F&B outlets. It will continue to be operated by InterContinental Hotels Group as a Holiday Inn Express unit.

Tourism in Manchester has registered significant growth in the past few years, and local authorities are now seeking to attract international clientele while developing MICE tourism in order to boost arrivals.
