Hilton Hotels Athens

Alpha Bank announced its intent to sell the hotel for 180 million euros. Oaktree Capital Group made an offer with the fund Jermyn Street Real Estate.

The Hilton Hotel Athens is for sale. Its current owner, Alpha Bank (through its Ionian subsidiary Hotel Enterprises), announced its wish to sell the property for 180 million euros, according to Bloomberg. Oaktree Capital Group LLC and the fund Jermyn Street Real Estate expressed interest.

Located 25 minutes from Athens International Airport, the Hilton hotel is positioned on the five-star segment. It has 506 rooms, a wellness center, two outdoor and one indoor swimming pools, a fitness center, meeting and convention spaces, as well as bars and restaurants.
