Now owned by the Spanish group, the Sheraton Madrid Mirasierra Hotel & Spa will join the the hotel chain Eurostars Hotels as Eurostars Suites Mirasierra.
Grupo Hostusa is pursuing organic growth with the takeover the Sheraton Madrid Mirasierra Hotel & Spa. The five star in the Spanish capital will be operated under the Eurostars Hotels brand and will adopt the name Eurostars Suites Mirasierra. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.
The property has 182 rooms and suites as well as a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, and 17 meeting rooms occupying 1,800 square meters and seating 850. It will be the brand's eighth hotel in Madrid, after the Eurostars Madrid Tower, the Eurostars Monte Real, the Eurostars Plaza Mayor, the Eurostars Zarzuela Park, the Eurostars Gran Madrid, the Eurostar Arenas de Pinto and the Eurostars I-Hotel.
