Ramsey Mankarious is one of the best positioned experts available to provide the owner's perspective of the asset light strategy of hotel.

Just who owns hotel assets?
What are the real estate investments that mobilize their capital?
What are their expectations in terms of return on investment, valorization of their portfolio, security of investments?
How do they expect the contractual relationship to evolve with operators that are in charge of daily management?
How should the responsibility for the brand on the building be shared?
Is the notion of asset management widespread enough and accepted by the hotel groups?

Ramsey Mankarious will answer questions regarding sales of portfolios and the search for new trophy hotels. He will speak at the Global Lodging Forum, on Monday, April 13 at the Bristol Paris, starting at 2pm.
