
Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management bought the site where the hotel Jumeirah Frankfurt is located for around 800 M€, of which 10% were invested by ECE.
The PalaisQuartier site is a complex of five separate buildings including the office tower Nextower, the Jumeirah Frankfurt Hotel, the Thurn und Taxis Palace, the shopping mall MyZeil, which will be managed by ECE, and a parking garage with 1,400 places. It also includes a vacant lot that was sold to the group Strabag Real Estate for development. In a 99 meter high tower, the five-star hotel Jumeirah Frankfurt has 218 rooms occupying 22,000 square meters on 25 floors. it also has a restaurant, a chocolate maker, a bar, four conference rooms, a reception room and a wellness area.
