Third party managers are without doubt developping worldwide. Interstate Hotels & Resort became on October 25, 2019 the biggest third party management company worldwide following its official merger with Aimbridge. It henceforth manages more 1,400 properties around the world. That is when you understand that size and scale matter.

Europe is a specific market, where hoteliers are not always ready for third party management but one day will. InterState Hotels & Resorts positions itself as a company that "help translate and support the DNA of the brand to the customer". That may ring a bell to investors that are seeking for maximum profitability.

Aaron Greenman will share his vision and expectations at 11:30.
