Perseus buys the Alpaga in Megève
The 22 room hotel with five suites and six chalets will join the collection of 4 and 5 star mountain hotels bought by Perseus Capital Partners, and brought together under the Les Hôtels d'en Haut banner. The property is located near the center of the resort and includes a gastronomic restaurant sicne 2014; La Table de l'Alpaga. The brand Les Hôtels d'en Haut already includes three other addresses in the region: the Hôtel des Trois Vallées in Courchevel, as well as the Hôtel Fitz-Roy and the Hôtel Val Thorens, both of which are located in the eponymous station.

In Dubai, a second Four Seasons hotel is announced for 2016...
The Four Seasons Dubai International Financial Centre, a hotel with 106 rooms designed as a boutique-hotel, will be located in the city's business district. It is the brand's second address in the Emirate after the opening of Four Seasons Resort Dubai Jumeirah Beach in 2014. Another property by the brand is also scheduled for next year in Abu Dhabi.

The property has 234 rooms including 52 suites, as well as a Royal Suite on two floors with a panoramic swimming pool. It is the first property by St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai; it is located in Al Habtoor City. This new neighborhood should also host two other addresses of the Starwood group, which plans to double its supply in the emirates by 2019.
Best Western reveals a new address in the Philippines.
Near the shores of Subic Bay, on the western coast of the island of Luçon, the Best Western Plus Hotel Subic property has 77 rooms. It is the seventh hotel in the group and third in the group in the Philippines, following the opening of the Best Western Plus Lex Cebu and the Best Western Plus Antel Hotel in Makati.
Omni Hotels & Resorts buys Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods.
With this from CNL Lifestyle Properties, the hotel now owns the the historic property that was completed in 1902, in the center of the biggest ski area in New Hampshire. The properties of Omni Mount Washington Resort have already been operated by the group since 2009: they also have the Omni Bretton Arms Inn, Bretton Woods Ski Area & Nordic Center, The Lodge at Breton Wood addresses as well as golf courses.
