Vanlife, or life in a converted van, has definitely taken off in recent years. It's a trend that's not new, but one that has seen its popularity soar with social media promoting this lifestyle. Whether for a few days, a few weeks or all year round, converted vans are winning over more and more travellers in search of freedom. According to a study carried out by Ford and Yougov, 44% of French people now consider themselves ready to switch to vanlife. Are we witnessing the emergence of a new, sustainable tourism practice, or just a trend that will fade over time?
