With the arrival of the summer season and a semblance of 'return to our previous life', the majority of European countries saw their hotel performances improve in June 2021 compared to the previous month.

After a slight improve in May, June was even more encouraging for European hoteliers. Indeed, the overall occupancy rate at the European level rose significantly to 37.8% in June compared to 25.6% in May. This level, which is still 43.4 points lower than before the crisis, is above last year's...
