In France, in 2018 the hunt for results with an increase in prices resumed, resulting in nearly 5% that allowed the RevPAR to surpass the benchmark of 60€ for the first time. How do the different agglomerations compare?

Nationally, results are positive for French hoteliers this year with, for the first time, the RevPAR surpassing the €60 mark. In terms of occupancy, while high-end properties have seen their OR increase thanks in particular to the return of international customers, hotels in the budget segment...
