The hotel will represent the Hyatt brand's growing presence in the UK.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced that a Hyatt subsidiary has entered into a management agreement with R&F UK for a new Hyatt branded hotel in London.
The 203-room Park Hyatt London River Thames is scheduled to open in 2022 and will be located in R&F UK's Nine Elms complex on the south bank of the river. The addition of the hotel to the UK market means that the Hyatt brand continues to expand in major European cities.

Directly opposite Westminster, the Nine Elms district has recently undergone major regeneration and has become a popular residential area. The Park Hyatt Hotel will be part of a new series of developments by R&F UK, comprising eighteen buildings, which will include 2,300 high quality apartments, over 11,150 square metres of retail space and numerous stores and restaurants, including One Thames City, an exclusive new riverside development comprising luxury residences, hotels, stores, park and restaurants, developed in collaboration with CC Land. Construction of the Nine Elms development is well advanced and projects are expected to take shape over the next two years.
