Hilton intends to double its capacity in France

Hilton Garden Inn Massy and Hampton by Hilton Toulouse Airport will open next year.

Hilton has a total reserve of nine projects across France, which will add more than 1,000 rooms to its portfolio in the coming years.
“The development of our portfolio in France is a strategic priority for Hilton," said Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior Vice President of Development for Hilton.

Hilton Garden Inn Massy and Hampton by Hilton near Toulouse Airport will open in 2019. The two properties are covered by franchise agreements with Naos Hôtel Groupe and NT Hôtel Gallery respectively.

The Hilton Garden Inn Massy, adjacent to the city’s railway station, will have 152 rooms and will be part of a mixed-use complex with residential and commercial spaces, a cinema and a conference center.

The Hampton by Hilton Toulouse Airport will offer 126 rooms, a gym, a working area and take-away food services.

According to data published by Hospitality ON as of January 1, 2017, Hilton had 4,875 properties in its portfolio, representing a capacity of over 796,000 rooms.
