Thanks to a new agreement with Metriks Development, Accor continues its expansion in Russia, a growing market.
By 2025, Russia will welcome a dual-branded hotel in the resort village Agoi, northwest of Tuapse. This brand new complex will house 2 brands of the group, the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Agoi and Mercure Agoi Resort.
For our company, this is the important investment project, the beginning of an interesting journey and consolidation of experience. This project is set to elevate the Tuapse region's tourism infrastructure. The introduction of new job opportunities, gourmet restaurants, new services will also benefit the local community in the Agoi village. The partnership with Accor ensures we will be able to implement bold ideas and exclusive engineering solutions, while the support of the government institutions of Tuapse district and Krasnodar Territory in general gives confidence in the future of the complex.

These properties will occupy a new beachfront building which will feature 280 rooms and 315 branded residences. This complex will also include several swimming pools, fitness centres, bars and restaurants, as well as conference rooms for corporate and private events, and even a medical centre.
Movenpick Resort & Spa Agoi
This hotel will feature 120 rooms ranging from standard double rooms to luxury suites, all decorated in the signature style of the brand. In addition, guests can enjoy the spa of the property.
In order to remaining true to its Swiss heritage, the hotel has a « revolutionary dining concept », the Chocolate Hour, which consists in chocolate treats and homemade sweets offered to guests at the lobby. The hotel’s restaurant features traditional Swiss dishes.
Mercure Agoi Resort
This property will include 160 rooms and 315 branded residences, all designed in a style which reflects the identity of its location.
Just recently, we announced the signing of the new Mövenpick and Swissôtel hotels in Anapa, and we are now proud to announce a new dual-branded hotel on the Black Sea coast. Known as the gateway to the subtropics of Russia, the village Agoi is located in a beautiful area boasting pine forests, high mountains, waterfalls and the sea, making it the perfect place for a quiet and truly relaxing vacation. I am confident the introduction of world-class hotels in Agoi will entice Russian and foreign travellers to the resort. Accor has always been actively involved in the development of hotel and tourist infrastructure of the Black Sea coast, and we believe that this project will allow Russian tourists to explore the new and interesting destination in the south of Russia.
