Two innovations at the beginning of the peak season at B&B HOTELS

The French budget hotel chain is not done changing. The latest innovations: a new booking website and a new loyalty programme.

After the takeover of the group by Goldman Sachs last May, B&B is back with a new online booking platform and B&B Hotels Club, its new loyalty program.

First, a platform for the French, Spanish and Italian markets 

The new site is hosted on, and is also available through a new application (compatible with iOS and Android). It offers access to booking economy hotels in France, Spain and Italy.

The platform should expand next year to other destinations such as Germany, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic and Austria.

A paid program to accumulate loyalty advantages

The new loyalty offer, the B&B HOTELS CLUB, may be joined for a membership fee of 39 euros a year. This new international program makes it possible to accumulate discounts on reservations as well as points when the reservations have been made.

The discounts are 10% off the prices on rooms, an 5% off current special promotions and 10% off the price of breakfast at any property.

As for loyalty points, a night brings 100 points, regardless of the hotel. Points earned may be spent either on breakfast (300 points for one free breakfast, 500 points for two) or on a night (one night offered in exchange for 1,000 points).
