2019 is off to a strong start for the group. Sébastien Bazin announced the colorway for 2019: teams will focus on sales, marketing and employees. He will share his vision at a keynote on Tuesday, April 16, in the closing session of the Global Lodging Forum by the leaders.
2018 was a year rich in events with vertical (Mövenpick Hotels&Resorts, Mantra, sbe...) and horizontal (ResDiary, Adoria) growth, supported by the completion of the booster project, which made it possible to invest €2 billion in the acquisition of new brands. 2019 also promises to be rich in projects with the change in identity of the group "Accor Live Limitless - All", and the sponsorship of Paris Saint-Germain as the cornerstone of a marketing strategy in which an extra 225 million euros will be invested in 2019 in addition to the annual budget of 700 million euros .
The group's historic brands will all be redesigned to give new strength to the concepts. ibis rouge launched the ball in January, the new Sofitel will be launched at the end of February and the others will follow throughout the year.
