The real estate investment group Temple will acquire two Days Inn hotels from the Wyndham group. Its two new Canadian properties are located in Thunder Bay, on Lake Superior.
The Canadian group Temple Hotels will take into its folds the Days Inn North and Days Inn Suites hotels (Wyndham group) in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The transactions represent a total of some 26.5 million dollars, or close to 19 million euros. Each hotel has 92 rooms and meeting and conference rooms.
Wyndham's Days Inn brand is positioned on the economy segment and has 1820 properties worldwide.
